  Place the board where the module is to be installed on a clean horizontal surface and place the board on top of the flattened electrostatic bag.The most important factor is that you must wear a wrist strap.Wrap one end of the wrist strap around your arm or hand.The other end can be clamped onto a metal surface,such as an exposed metal workbench leg or a metal chair.Static electricity will leave your body or circuit board and seek a suitable grounding in the metal structure.It is equally important not to carry an electrostatic bag and walk around with it,as this can lead to the accumulation of static electricity.

  Find the PROM connector on the board and use a sharp blade to open the sealing bag.Open the plastic box and remove the module by hand.Align the module with the socket and install it.
