  If you suspect a problem and want to solve it,please use the diagnostic tools provided on the drive.The drive has a list of functions available in the menu.One of the features is the ability to edit and define the configuration of drive activities.Select the diagnostic tool,which will generate reports for all components in the drive and provide information about DS200GSIAG1B.You can view the results on the display panel of the drive or download them to a laptop.Connect the serial cable to the available serial connectors on the laptop and drive.The download function can be used from the control panel menu and will be activated when you select it.
