  The DS200TBQCG1AAA model is an analog input milliampere input/output(I/O)terminal module produced by General Electric for the Mark V DS200 series.This model will be connected to the TCQA board and receive a 20-200 mA output from the connected board.

  The GE RST analog terminal board DS200TBQCG1AAA has two terminal blocks.Each block contains 83 signal line terminals.The GE RST analog terminal board DS200TBQCG1AAA also includes 15 jumpers,three 40 pin connectors,and three 34 pin connectors.Service personnel can use jumpers to modify the behavior of circuit boards to meet the precise requirements of driver operation.When you first set up the board and receive it from the factory,please refer to the installation instructions,which include instructions for jumpers and how to modify the board's position.When you receive the circuit board,the jumper is in the default position.In most cases,default values will be used,and if you only need default values,there is no need to perform other steps.

  The 3-pin jumper can be easily moved from the default position to the backup position.Use your index finger and thumb to remove the jumper from its default position.Then align the jumper with the spare pin and press the jumper into place.For example,if pins 1 and 2 are the default positions in the 3-pin jumper,insert the jumper above pins 2 and 3 to use the spare position.

  Some jumpers on the DS200TBQCG1AAA device are for factory use only and cannot be changed.Usually,backup locations are only used in the factory for quality control testing purposes.When replacing the motherboard,first move the jumper on the replacement motherboard to match the position on the defective motherboard.
