  30V4060 is a 30 HP GV3000/SE AC frequency converter.This is version 6.06 of the drive created by Reliance Electric.Baldor Reliance and ASEA Brown Boveri may have also produced this type of drive,depending on their manufacturing year.This is an old series drive and may not be easy to find.However,AX Control still makes every effort to maintain inventory.

  30V4060 is a three-phase AC driver that can switch between vector regulation and volt/hertz regulation.Its weight is about 32 pounds.The voltage is 360/460 VAC.Its maximum input current is 45 and frequency is 60 Hz.It has a 40 ampere AC output.It has a short-circuit system rating of 85 kA at 460 VAC.

  30V4060 is surrounded by a NEMA Type 1 chassis.It cannot be used for external applications as it does not have a dustproof/drip proof casing.It has ventilation openings on both the side and back.There is an RS-232 9-pin female connection port located slightly below the keyboard in the upper right corner of the panel.There is a large red power LED in the upper left corner of the panel,which lights up when the driver is powered on.The GV3000 drive chassis of the 30V4060 model is equipped with:

  Even the most meticulous maintenance personnel of old or refurbished GV3000 series drives find it difficult to avoid occasional failures in drive functionality.A fault related to the owner of the 30V4060 model is a default parameter recovery checksum error fault,which is caused by a regulator board malfunction during the operation of the drive,indicated by the fault code CHS on the built-in keyboard display screen of the drive.The corrective action when encountering a default parameter recovery checksum error is to contact Reliance Electric or replace the keyboard connection adjustment board of the frequency converter.If there are still other issues with the 30V4060 model after replacing the regulator board,it is necessary to contact Reliance Electric for follow-up measures.
