USES:

1. Before each use, check whether the machine and supporting power are in good condition.
Whether the transmission is solid, open the machine cover and carefully check whether the parts of the machine are damaged.
In particular, whether the flying knife bolts, nuts fixed, whether there is stone, metal and other foreign matter mixed.
Pay attention to check whether there is a crack in the knife disk, there must not be continued use.

2. The spindle is loose, any fault on the spindle must not be electric welding, in order to avoid shaft breaking, involving safety.

3. Start up the running idling and time about half a minute, wait for normal turn before feeding, do not allow long time overload work.

4. Fill the sliding and rolling bearings of each part of the machine with lubricating oil and calcium (or calcium sodium) based grease, respectively.
The grinder shall be added once in 4 hours, and the slicer shall be added once in 8 hours.

5. When the machine is working, the operator shall not leave his post without permission, and shall always pay attention to observe the operation of the machine.
In case of abnormal phenomena, the machine should be shut down immediately for troubleshooting.Do not open the cover when it is in operation.
To avoid dangerous and personal accidents.

6. Check the flying blade frequently, repair and sharpen the blade in time, and replace the bolts and nuts fixed by the blade.

7.Do not stand around the discharge port when the machine is switched on, so as to avoid foreign body injury.

8. When blocked materials are found, the power should be cut off immediately and the blocked materials should be removed after shutdown.
It is strictly prohibited to push the blocked material, troubleshoot or remove the belt by hand while the machine is
in operation.

9. The machine must be operated by a special person;Non-operators who are not familiar with the machine performance are strictly prohibited to operate.

10. The service life of the machine is four years.If the product continues to be used, it can only be used after passing the manufacturer"s inspection.
