Q:	What's The General Defective Return Procedure?
A:	1. Receive the report about defective products from client;
	2. Cause Analysis by our engineer;
	3. Client should provide pictures or videos according to our engineer's requirement;
	4.1 Get the problem which can be repaired by client	Provide the replacement parts (if needed) and repair proposal;
	4.2 Get the problem which can't be repaired by client	4.2.1 Recall the defective starter;  4.2.2 Inspection by our engineer; 4.2.3 Provide the Inspection Report and Improving Report; 4.2.4 Re-shipping or Refund.

 

Q:	What's the Payment Terms?
A:	FOB: 30% Deposit before Production, Balance before Shipment;
	CIF: 30% Deposit before Production, Balance before BL released.

 

Q:	What's the Shipment Date of our Mass Production?
A:	3 Workdays for starter in stock;
	30 Days for the Starter we have mould;
	60 Days for the New Item.

 

Q:	What is the time of Sample?
A:	Samples in 5 days when we received your express information.

 
About our factory/ History:

•In 1996, Mr. Fang and several workers have begun to produce OEM parts in family workshop. 
•In 2004, Ningbo Sword Machinery Co.,Ltd was founded and  Mr. Fang got the land rights & access to bulid a new workshop with 8500 square meter.  
•In 2009, Shanghai Gzone International Trading Co.,Ltd was founded for Sword's export business.   
•In 2010, we got some orders about starter components. With the order quantity  growing, we developed cold extruding technology  on some starter components in 2011, like housings, magnet pole, stators, drive gear etc. The products are more competitive.   
•In 2014, Cixi Qide Auto Parts Co.,Ltd was founded for producing starters and some starter components with strict quality management systerm.
