The Keysight/Agilent 4140A/4140B pA meter/DC voltage source consists of a highly stable pA meter with a resolution of 10-15 A (large) and two programmable DC voltage sources to ensure availability in many application fields. The pA instrument has a basic accuracy of 0.5% over a wide measurement range (± 0.001 x 10-12 A~± 1.999 x 10-2 A) and can achieve stable pA current measurement under 10-15 conditions. A (± 1 count). The scanning of the step and slope functions can be carried out in automatic scanning mode using the pause button (used to change step voltage and scanning direction during the measurement process) and manual scanning mode using the down and up buttons. Each programmable DC voltage source (V A and V B) has a current limiter to prevent excessive current from damaging the DUT.
