The P 44713A is a 24 channel high-speed FET multiplexer that can directly multiplex voltage,resistors,thermocouples,and strain gauges.44713A maximizes measurement throughput and improves system reliability.
High switching speed:5500 channels per second on the backplane,100000 channels per second on ribbon cables
Up to six(eight with extenders)high-speed FET multiplexers can be controlled through ribbon cables
The 24 channel multiplexer only switches between high and low levels.Each floating input is balanced(with equal impedance between high to chassis and low to chassis)to provide good common mode suppression
FET has no mechanical limitations as it will not wear due to switches
Large input voltage:Rear and back panel input protection to 16 V peak.When the analog backplane is disconnected from the multiplexer,the backplane voltage can reach a peak of 42 V
