  The GE gate lead adapter board DS200GLAAG1A has two terminal blocks(up to 6 wires),two 2-pin connectors,and two 4-pin connectors.The DS200GLAAG1 also includes 2 LEDs.The terminal block on the GE gate lead adapter board DS200GLAAG1A is used to provide connections for the wires on the board that send and receive signals.Each terminal block can accommodate up to three signal wires.When you replace a circuit board,you must follow a certain process to reduce the chance of connecting the signal wire to the wrong terminal connector.

  When you first set up the original DS200GLAAG1A,you will find the purpose of each terminal connector and a description of the wires connected to each connector.This causes the board to be connected to perform the required processing functions in the drive.However,when you replace a circuit board,the task only involves connecting the wiring of the original circuit board to the replacement circuit board.Check the original board and note that each terminal connector has a letter and number indicator.

  Obtain labels,cards,or other paper and note the identifier connected to each wire.Paste paper onto the wires and perform the same operation on all wires connected to the terminals.Then,use a small screwdriver to loosen the wires in the terminal and remove the wires.Do not remove the paper with identification information from the wire.Connect the wires to the same terminals on the replacement board.
