The GE IGBT P3 buffer board DS200IPCDG2A has a 4-pin connector and screw for adjusting insulated bipolar transistors(IGBTs).Use a screwdriver to adjust the screws.The GE IGBT P3 buffer board DS200IPCDG2A is installed in the drive board cabinet using a metal rack structure with screw holes aligned with the screw holes on the board.Before removing the old board,please pay attention to the position of the board and plan to install a replacement board in the same location.
Also pay attention to how to turn the adjustment screw,and if possible,plan to adjust the screws on the new board in the same way.If it is not possible,you can install a new board and use the trial and error process to repeat the adjustment until it matches the defective board.
