  The ignition circuit control board is a product of GE,which ensures the normal operation of the equipment by controlling the ignition process.

  The GE ignition circuit control board DS200FCRLG1A has 27 bayonet connectors.It also comes with 27 jumpers,1 34 pin connector,and 1 9 pin connector.27 bayonet connectors are connected to the matching pins at the ends of the signal cable and power cable.These cables are also connected to other devices and boards in the drive.To install the cable into the bayonet connector,align the pin with the connector and press it into place.Press the cable until it is securely connected and clicks into place.

  To disconnect the cable from the bayonet connector,hold the connector at the end of the cable and pull it out of the connector.Do not hold the cable and pull it out.This may cause the signal wire to detach from the connector end.

  When multiple wires,cables,and ribbon cables are connected to a circuit board,you must consider the correct cable routing.One consideration is that the signal line must be routed separately from the power line.The power cord can radiate interference,making the incoming and outgoing signals from the circuit board useless.The wiring of the signal wire should be as far away from the power wire as possible.Alternatively,limit the space between signal and power lines for wiring close to each other.The greater the current carried by the power line,the shorter the distance between the signal line and the power line.In some cases,you can use shielded cables to protect the signal of the power cord.
