  MVI56E-MNET is a Modbus TCP/IP client/server enhanced network interface module.This module was developed by ProSoft Technology and is compatible with ControlL ogix controllers.This module is a single slot module with--(1)Ethernet ports and supports a 10/100 Base-T transmission rate.This module has an available 5000 Word,16 bit register,and donkey custom data.

  MVI56E-MNET is a Modbus TCP/IP client/server enhanced network interface module manufactured by Allen Bradley's partner company ProSoft technology.This module enables the ControlL ogix system to act as a MODBUS master or MODBUS client through a TCP/IP connection.

  MVI56E-MNET is backward compatible with earlier versions of MVI56E-MNET.This backward compatibility simplifies migration without the need to change or modify existing relay ladder logic or the current configuration of existing old modules.It supports CIP connections and allows remote configuration and diagnostic access across multiple connected Ethernet I/P and ControlNet networks through 1756-ENBT,1756-EN2T Ethernet communication adapters,and 1756-CNB ControlNet bridging modules.In addition,this module supports ProSoft Discovery Service(PDS),which is used to automatically locate the MVI56E module and provide a temporary IP address on the Ethernet.The device withstands a shock force of 30 g during operation and 50 g when not in operation.It also has a vibration of 5 g at 10 to 150 Hz.

  The relative humidity of MVI56E-MNET is 5%to 95%,without condensation.The MVI56E-MNET is equipped with a lithium battery,which can provide backup power for real-time clocks and CMOS batteries.It is expected that the battery will last for the entire lifespan of the module.Before the battery is fully charged,the module should be powered on for at least 24 hours.Using a fully charged battery,the battery will provide sufficient backup power for CMOS and real-time clock usage for 21 days.The MVI56E-MNET supports an LED scrolling diagnostic display screen with a 4-character alphanumeric display screen.The display screen provides standard English for status messages and is also used to display alarm data as well as processor and network communication status.The MVI56E-MNET also features a personalized module,which is an industrial compact flash card that can store complete configurations and Ethernet settings.
