  The SDP3B flash drive is the previous FlashDisk products of SanDisk,including SDP,SDP5,and SDP5A.SDP3BFlashDisk is not compatible with SDP5L and is specifically designed for HP95LX.Therefore,SDP3B FlashDisk is not system compatible with HP95LX.For this document,any of these products is defined as an SDP series product.Multiple improvements have been added to SDP3B FlashDisk,which appeared in previous products.

  The specification for 300000 writes per sector of the SDP3B flash drive(read logical sectors are infinite).This far exceeds the SDP3B flash drive required for almost all applications.Even if a large number of SDP3B flash drives are used on handheld computers,and only a small portion of the total number is used on handheld computers,the typical computer's lifespan can reach five years.For example,files of any size(from 512 bytes to capacity)on an SDP3B FlashDisk that require over 34 years of wear and tear are rewritten 3 times per hour,every 8 hours per day,and 365 days per year.For most people,limitations do not have any practical significance for typical applications such as PIM software,word processing,spreadsheets,etc.
