  IC698AC701 is a smart battery manufactured by General Electric Automation,belonging to the RX7I series.The"intelligent"characteristics of this lithium battery enable it to issue a warning to the operator when the power drops to a low level.The nominal power output of this battery is greater than 2.5 volts.When the battery reaches low level,the output power will decrease to below 2.5 volts.Since then,the operator has 15 days to replace the battery before the volatile memory content is lost.

  Before installation,please confirm if the JEE connector and enable adapter cable are present.Also confirm that the date code of the battery is accurate.Firstly,the female JEE connector on the battery should be connected to the male JEE connector on the enabling cable.The female connector on the startup cable can be connected to the battery access port on the central processing unit.Note:There are differences in battery access ports between RX3I and RX7I devices.
