  VMIVME-2510B is a member of the VMIC Megamodule series,which has universal programming capabilities.The subsystem can be configured with continuous I/O addresses to save memory.Each of these products(VMIVME-1110,VMIVME-2120,VMIVME-0130,and VMIVME-2510B)is designed with two sets of board address switches to provide effective memory address mapping for CSR and I/O addresses.The CSR address switch can be set so that all CSR in various boards in the system can be mapped to adjacent memory locations.

  The Megamodule product is also designed to support 8-bit,16-bit,and 32-bit data transmission.Specific hardware is designed in VMIVME-2510B to support built-in testing functions.VMIVME-2510B supports offline and online fault detection and isolation.The front panel fault LED is used to indicate when a fault exists on this board.After power on or reset,the LED lights up.After successfully completing board level diagnosis,the LED can be turned off.
