  The IS215UCVEH2AB General Electric Single Board Computer is a compact and versatile computing solution suitable for demanding applications.

  The IS215UCVEH2AB model is marked as a standard Mark VI controller,designed as a 6U high,single/dual slot single board computer,typically used for operating turbine application codes.This model is located in a VME rack with 21 or 13 slots.When located in the control module,it will communicate with other turbine I/O boards through the VME bus.The typical operating system used on this board is QNX.The QNX system is a multitasking,real-time operating system designed for high reliability and high-speed industrial applications.

  An important note about the IS215UCVEH2AB model is that it is only one of the three controllers used in the Mark VI system.This model can replace other controllers,but usually requires an upgrade to the backplane.This model can replace the ICVB model,but an Ethernet cable upgrade is required when doing so.
