Construction:
PVC insulated wires belong to the series of laying electric wires, which is mainly suitable for laying at the fixed places, it is widely used as connectors of drive, lighting, electric equipments, instrument and telecommunication equipments with rated coltage 450/750V or below, part of the plastic wires are used at the equipment with AC rated voltage 300/300v or below.
Standards:
The products adopt GB5023.1~7-1997 (450/750V or below PVC insulated electric wires), JB 8734.1~5-1998 (450/750V or under PVC insulated cables, electric wires and flexible wires) and Q/ZEL 02-2002 ( piastic insulated electric wires and cables ) GB 5023.1~7-1997is identical to IEC227, and type aresame as the stipulation of IEC, technical specification is just the same, and more we have extended the range of type to fit for the requirement of consumers.JB8734.1~5-1998 and Q/ZEL 02-2002 is the complementary content of GB 5023.1~7-1997, and Q/ZEL 02-2002 is stipulated to meet the requirment of consumers.

1. 227IEC01/05 standard .BV/BLV type, copper conductor PVC insulated wires / aluminum conductor PVC insulated wires , fized laid indoors , conduits etc, long term working temperature 70 selsius degree.
2. 227IEC07 Standard, BV-90 type, heat resistant copper conductor PVC insulated wires at 90 selsius degree,mainly be laid at the places of high temperature environment and cab be laid indoors ,conduits.
BVR type , copper conductor PVC insulated flexible wire , be for laying pemanent place where flexible required, long term working temperature 70 selsius degree.
3. 227IEC10 standard, BW type, copper conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed round wires,
BLW type, aluminum conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed round wires,
BWB type, Copper conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed flat wires.
BLWB type, aluminum conductor PVC insulated sheathed flat wires,
The above , mainly be fixed lain, fit for the places with high mechanical protection and moisture place, can be laid in the aire or underground, long term working temperature 70 selsius degree.
4. 227 IEC02RV / 227IEC06RV standard, copper conductor PVC insulated flexible connector,
227IEC42 RVB , copper conductor PVC insulated flat flexible connector .
RVS , copper conductor PVC insulated flexible twisting connector wire.
227IEC 52 RW, 227 IEC 53 RW ,standard, copper conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed round flexible connector (light and common type ) , mainly used at middle and light style moving electronics, home applicances, power and lighting and the places where flexible required, long term working temperature 70 selsius degree.
