  The 1746-N2 A-B slot filler is an easy-to-use,reliable,and affordable module that can be used to fill unused slots in the SLC 500 chassis,preventing dust and dirt from entering.

  Allen Bradley 1746-N2 is a slot filler that includes unused I/O slots in the chassis;It helps prevent debris from falling into the slot,thereby preventing defects in the backplane.This product can also protect unused slots in the chassis from dust.After testing according to the application safety requirements EN 61131-2 Programmable Controllers,Part 2-Equipment Requirements and Testing,1746-N2 ensures compliance with the 73/23/EEC Directive of the Low Voltage Directive Committee.Allen Bradley 1746-N2 is only suitable for Class I,Zone 2,Groups A,B,C,D,and non hazardous locations.Before installing or disassembling a module,be careful to disconnect from the SLC 500 system and other sources of the module(in other words,do not"hot plug"any module),and disconnect all devices connected to the module.
