Aluminum Alloy Armored Power Cables: Applicable to 600V~35kV voltage class; Applicable to dry or moist places below 90º C; Can be installed indoors or outdoors, vertically or laid with brackets or along the walls. The minimum bending radius is 7 times of the outer diameter, which can be bent 360 degrees; Applicable to the places of civil, commercial, industrial, large venues, entertainment venues, mine, subway, and all levels of dangerous areas, etc.
Product Properties: The conductors adopt 8000 series conductors introduced from company, with high creep resistance, high flexibility, high elongate, high tensile strength, connected safely and stably.
The insulations adopt 90º C XLPE, which have good physical properties and resistances to heat and age, effectively reduce the insulation thickness, and do not release the corrosive gas and toxic gas when burning. Environmental characteristics comply with modern fire safety requirements.
Winding layers use high strength, water resistant and biodegradable environmental protection filler papers, which assure the cable not to fall when vertically installed.
Armored layers adopt 5000 series aluminum alloy materials. Non magnetic materials will not produce sparks when installation, not produce eddy current when operation. With good heat dissipation property, flexible and strong, whose resistances to compression ability are far above steel tape armor. Installation is very convenient, avoiding bridge support, saving slots, speeding up the construction progress and reducing the installation cost. Non flammable metal materials, with the properties of LSZH, are applicable to indoors or other important places of higher requirements for the safety of life and property.
Sheathing layers adopt environmental protection anti-radiation PVC, with excellent corrosion resistance, and can be used more widely.
Application Requirements: Can be laid in indoors, outdoors, pipes, wire grooves, cable trenches, etc. Can be installed in the dry or moist places. Can be buried in the loose soil or cement.

Attn: According to users' requirements, the company can produce LSZH, flame-retardant and fire-resistant, high temperature-resistant and low temperature-resistant cables. Flame- retardant and fire-resistant cables can reach flame-retardant Class IA, fire-resistant Class I, complying with GB/T19666-2005. Flame-retardant cables add "ZR" before the original model. Fire-resistant cables add "NH" before the original model. LSZH, flame-resistant and fire-resistant cables add "WDZN" before the original model.
