1.Description
AAC Conductor consisting aluminium and galvanized steel wires, built up in concentric layers. The centre wires are steel and outer layer aluminium wires.
2.Applications
ACSR/AW AAAC ACAR AASC ACSR AAC conductor consists of a solid or stranded steel core surrounded by strands of aluminium.ACSR/AW AAAC ACAR AASC ACSR AAC Bare core is available ina range of steel strengthsvarying from 6% up to 40%. The higher strength conductor are used for river crossings,overhead earth wires,and installations involving extra long spans.Against any given resistance of conductor, ACSR/AW AAAC ACAR AASC ACSR AAC conductor may be manufactured to have different tensile strengthsas per requirement. The principal advantage of these conductors are their high tensile strength and light weight, covering longer spans with less supports. Due to the greater diameter of an Aluminium conductor steel reinforced ACSR/AW AAAC ACAR AASC ACSR AAC conductor much higher corona limit can be obtained, giving a big advantage on high and extra high voltage overhead lines.

We can supply this conductor according to different recognized standards, ACSR/AW AAAC ACAR AASC ACSR AAC conductorsuch as IEC61089, BS215, BS EN 50182: 2001, STM B231, CSA C49, DIN480201, JIS C3109,
customer special specification also can be satisfied.
