Advantage of new type granulator
1. High granulation rate ≥80% and suitable for various formulations. The compressive strength of granular fertilizer produced is higher than that of disc fertilizer granulator and rotary drum granulator. Large granular rate is lower than 15%. The size and uniformity of granules can be adjusted by the water content for granulating.

Working principle of organic fertilizer granulator machine Inside the new type organic fertilizer granulator, there are screws and stirring tooth device for the granulating achievement.
This granulator consists of machine body, driving device and granulating rotor. The machine body and driving part are mainly fixed on the frame, ensuring the sturdy construction, stable performance and easy installation. The driving device is connecting with the motor through reducer. Through feed inlet, raw materials enter into the granulator, and he materials are mixed, granulated, spherified and densified by the high speed rotating mechanical stirring force and aerodynamic force. So the granulating is finished, then the formed granules are pushed out to the other end for discharge.
Note: The size of granules can be controlled by the feeding volume of materials, and rotary speed of main shaft. The less raw materials mixed with higher the rotating speed, the smaller granulated fertilizer we got.

Maintenance of Organic Fertilizer Granulators
How to do good maintenance for your new type organic fertilizer machine?
1. Clean the inner of the granulator everyday when you stop the machine. Check the wearing parts.
2. Remove and clean the organic materials from the new type organic fertilizer machine if you want to stop the machine for a while.
3. If long time to stop the production, first water clean the inner of centrifugal granulator, then dry it by heating device. It is better to use a pumpt to drain air from the granulator to avoide rusty.
