Automatic Drinking System
Square or Round pipes(thickness 2.5mm) with stainless steel nipple drinkers, and constituted by water pressure regulators,filters and doses from DOSATRON.
The nipple drinkers are stainless steel ones with round or square pipes, it can be fitted with water cups under the nipple;
The pipes can be adjusted in higher level as the pullet growing bigger and bigger day by day because the grid meshes has empty design in the middle place to adjust the pipes higher.

The Hopper Thickness is 22mm.

Egg Collection Machine
1.We obtain the patents and named the machine by our factory name,but the OEM Design is available!
2.The Machine collects eggs from various tiers of the cage. All the eggs are collected in the front platform for packing or collected on the cross conveyor system to transfer the eggs to packing machine or egg store house.
Egg Collection Machine Clip
1.The egg clips is elastic and flexible, 275 mm in length.!
2.Each clip has 11 hooks, each hook is 9 mm in width and the gap between two hooks is 17 mm which ensures the eggs stable on the clips during collection period.!
3.The gap between two rows is 88mm which accurate been calculated to lowers the distance of eggs dropping into the egg clips, ensures the eggs won"t be broken during collecting
