Ø The A Frame System Layer Battery System with Manure Belts from Jinfeng is Cold Galvanized or all Hot Dipped Galvanized Equipment, we produce this special cage system because it gets much better chicken manure collection effect and lower cost than H Frame.it also can be used in open and close house according to farmer"s design. the Manure Collection Belts are made in Italy, more durable because of its high quality.
Ø Cage Frame System Materials: Q235A Steel; feed troughs are made of PVC or made by 1.0--1.20mm Aluminum Zinc plates with round edge for convenient cleaning, solid and durable.
Ø Surface Treatment: Hot dipped Galvanization by Jinfeng Hot Galvanization Production Line;
Ø Cage Dimension can be changed according to different kinds of chickens;
Ø Battery Cage: any dimension of Cages are available from clients in A frame cage system; Battery Cage System tiers: 2--5tiers available optional;
Ø Automatic Feeding System: the Hopper Thickness is 22mm, and the Volume is upon the Birds quantity of each row. the Feed Dropping Average Equipment is under every hoppers.
Ø If for layer chicken farms, Egg-collection System will be equipped with the Transverse Egg Conveyor System which can deliver all eggs from different houses to egg storage room.
