working principle
When powered on, the electro-hydraulic pusher acts, its push rod rises rapidly, and opens (releases) the brake pad through leverage;
When the power is cut off, the push rod of the electric hydraulic pusher drops rapidly under the action of the braking spring force, and the brake shoe is closed (holding brake) through the action of lever.
Service conditions
*The altitude of the place of use shall comply with gb755-2008;
*Ambient temperature: - 20 ℃ - 50 ℃;
*The relative humidity of the air shall not be greater than 90%;
*Flammable, explosive and corrosive gases are not allowed in the surrounding working environment, otherwise anti-corrosion products shall be used;
*Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media shall be anti-corrosion products.
instructions
a) Inspection before installation: the brake of this series shall be comprehensively inspected before operation, that is, whether the brake is damaged or missing during transportation or storage, whether the brake wheel surface is clean, and if there is oil or other dirt, it shall be thoroughly cleaned.
b) Inspection before operation: the brake shall be comprehensively inspected before operation to check whether all adjustments are correct, whether the lock nuts of each part are locked, and whether the wiring of the pusher is correct.
c) Trial operation: after checking that everything is normal, the brake shall be tested for several times without load on the main engine to make the brake pad run in to make it fit well with the brake wheel.
d) Maintenance instructions: ① check whether each hinge is worn;
② Whether the structural movement of the brake is normal and whether each adjusting nut is locked;
③ Whether the lifting height of the pusher complies with relevant regulations;
④ Whether the thruster operates normally, whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient, and whether there is oil leakage or oil leakage;
⑤ The pin shaft and mandrel shall be renewed when the wear exceeds 5% of the diameter or the ovality exceeds 0.5mm;
⑥ Check whether the brake pad fits on the brake wheel normally, whether the friction surface is in good condition, and whether there are traces of grease or dirt.
When the thickness of brake pad δ achieve δ Min (see the table below), the brake pad must be replaced with a new one.
