Its working principle is based on the dual tube design and efficient filtering medium, ensuring that the oil reaches the required cleanliness before entering the oil pump.

1. Dual tube design and switching function
A dual tube filter consists of two independent filter cartridges, each with a filter element installed inside. This design allows for the replacement or cleaning of the filter element without stopping the machine, ensuring the continuous operation of the system. The specific work process is as follows:
-Normal working condition: One of the filter elements (such as filter element A) is in working condition, and hydraulic oil is filtered through this filter element to remove impurities. The other filter element (such as filter element B) is in standby mode.
-Filter blockage and switching: When filter A is blocked by impurities and the pressure difference increases, the system will send a signal to prompt the replacement of the filter. At this point, filter element B is switched to the working state and filter element A is switched to the standby state through the switching device.
-Filter element replacement: During the operation of filter element B, the operator can safely replace filter element A. After the replacement is completed, filter element A is reused as a backup filter element.

2. The role of filter media
