The main oil pump outlet filter DP602EA03V/- W is a key filtering element used in the EH oil system of steam turbines. It is mainly installed on the outlet side of the main oil pump to filter solid particles, metal powders, and other impurities in the fire-resistant oil, ensuring the cleanliness of the oil.
1. Filtering principle
The filter element is made of high-precision filtering materials (such as fiberglass or stainless steel), which can effectively intercept impurities in the oil. When the oil passes through the filter element, solid particles and gel like substances are blocked by the filter material, while clean oil flows out from the other end of the filter element. 2. Design of bypass valve
In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, a bypass valve is designed for the filter element.
