This series motors are of remarkable features such as beautiful apperaance, safe and reliable operation, long lifespan, excellent performance, and easy installation and maintenance. Flameproof marks include EXDI, EXDIIAT4 and EXDIIBT4 and the motors with these marks are safe to be used in places with explosive gas mixtures. The motors with the flameproof mark of"EXDI" are safe to be used in places in non-mining surfaces of underground coal mines where explosive mixtures of methane or coal-dust are present. The motors with the frame proof mark of "EXDIIBT4" are safe to be used in class II, grade B environment like factories where explosive gas mixtures, belonging to the temperature groups of T1, T2, T3 and T4 exist. The motors with the frame proof mark of"EXDIICT4" are safe to be used in class II, grade C environments like factories where explosive gas mixtures, belonging to the temperature groups of T1, T2, T3 and T4 exist.The insulation grade of the motor is F. Large margin of temperature rise at stator windings and long lifespan. The motor is provided with a cylinder shaft extension, which transfers motion through a coupler or spur gear. The stator windings are made of high stength round copper wires coated by polyester wire enamel and thry become an intergrated whole through VPI process, The windings and insulation system have good clectrical and machanical properties, moisture resistance and heat stability.
