  Allen Bradley ControlLogix isolated digital input module with 16 independent isolated inputs

  Allen Bradley 1756-IM16I is an AC digital input module.It has 16 individually isolated inputs,each point isolated,and you can configure state changes and input filtering times.It is compatible with the 1756 ControlLogix chassis and requires a 1756-TBS6H or 1756-TBCH 36 pin detachable junction box housing(RTB)to connect it to the chassis.The operating voltage range of 1756-IM16I is 159 to 265 volts AC,with 5 milliamperes and 40 volts AC being the maximum voltage in this state.In the on state,the current range ranges from 159 VAC,5 mA at 60 Hz,to 265 VAC,and 13 mA at 60 Hz.On the other hand,the on state voltage ranges vary.They are:159-265 VAC,47-63 Hz,30 degrees Celsius,all channels open,159-265 VAC,47-63 Hz,40 degrees Celsius,8 o'clock open,159-253 VAC,47-63 Hz,45 degrees Celsius,all channels open,and 159-242 VAC,47-63 Hz,60 degrees Celsius,all channels open.

  It can be installed in any slot and can be replaced with a module(RIUP)during power transmission,allowing for the addition of I/O modules during operation.The module provides action status and fault display at each point and is transmitted to the host.

  The digital module(E)has excellent protection functions:electronic fuse protection,software reset.

  The digital module(D)has excellent diagnostic functions:power supply,disconnection,output detection,pulse output testing,short circuit overload detection.

  The analog module provides 16-bit computing resolution,automatic engineering unit conversion and alarm detection(Hi/HiHi/Lo/LoLo).
