Equipped with a multilingual digital display and function buttons.The function buttons are used to set different parameters and check the status of the tension measurement system.2x16 bit digital display can display sum signal,difference signal,or signal of each pressure head.There are two installation methods,including standard guide rail installation and enclosed installation IP65 suitable for more harsh environments.
PFEA113-20 is an economical,efficient,compact,and user-friendly tension electronic product that provides accurate and reliable fast simulation and signals from two weighing sensors for control and/or monitoring.The installation of the indicator's traceable total,A&B and differential dimensions,and DIN rail makes it easy to integrate the device into various types of electrical cabinets.The Pressconductor sensor(the sensor inside the load cell)is a simple and elegant design.Basically,the PFEA113-20 combines two vertical copper wire windings around the steel core to provide a measurement signal.An electromagnetic field is a winding generated by continuously feeding alternating current to one of the coils.When there is no stress on the weighing sensor when the winding is at right angles to the magnetic field,there is no magnetic coupling between them.However,when the sensor is subjected to force,the PFEA113-20 magnetic field mode changes.A part of the magnetic field is coupled with the second winding and induced to reflect the pressure exerted by the web paper on the measuring roller.The sensor signal with relatively strong pressure-a is converted from the electronic device to the system output by the tension conversion of the weighing sensor system.
