  IISAC01 analog control station provides process loop control-control and monitoring capabilities for individual loops.Analog Control Station(SACI),which is functionally identical to NDCS03 Digital Control Station,including additional functions that were not found on earlier digital control stations,including:

  ●Additional analog input display with square root option.

  ●Display high resolution Bar chart.

  ●5 or 40 kHz serial link.

  The SAC station is a separate printed circuit board component.This circuit board assembly is installed in a panel mounted plastic box.This panel indicator and membrane switch provide an operational-actor interface.

  Three gas plasma Bar chart are displayed on the panel.They provide high-resolution displays for:

  ●Set value.

  ●Process variables.

  ●Control output(demand output)data.

  An eight character alphanumeric display screen displays:process variable values.

  ●Process variable alarm.

  ●Set value.

  ●Control output(demand output).

  ●Operating mode.

  ●Error code.

  The SAC station can monitor processes or control manual processing.A NTCS04 control I/O terminal unit or a NICS01 control I/O termination module with NIDS01 can interconnect up to eight sta tlons(two chains,each with four stators).Multiple Terminology-National devices can be interconnected together to interface with the required number of stations.Arranging the first station in the interconnection can have bypass capability.

  Bypass allows direct control of the final control element(four to 20 mA output or electric drive).Multifunctional processors with firmware revision levels higher than C for IMMFP01 and IMMFP02_ 0 or IMMFP03 1 multifunctional processor revision level can connect up to 64 workstations

  The low cost and compact size make the analog control station a convenient way to add workstations with operator interfaces.The maximum allowed number of stations is 64 when using IMMFP01 or IMMFP02 modules(confirm software check-level C or higher,operating at 40 kilobaud),unless used in conjunction with NDIS01 digital indication stations.

  All other applications allow up to eight workstations.

  The SAC station operates in three modes based on the module:basic,cascade,or ratio.The control strategy resides in the module for each station type.

  The optional stator option allows for standard current output(4 to 20 mA)or contact relay output for electrical purposes.When the workstation enters bypass operation or manual mode,it is driven to veto other options,including:

  ●Panel display format for CACH operation mode.
