  Analog output:Provide independent D/A conversion for output parameters,used to control on-site regulating valves or other actuators.

  Digital input:Converts the digital input signal from the field to indicate the status of the process equipment on site or for use by other PM data points.

  Digital output:Provide digital output to on-site devices such as drive shut-off valves,pumps,etc.

  Control circuit:

  The E5EAA HENF105240R1 ABB I/O card is a card responsible for receiving analog and digital signals on site and converting them into digital signals that the DCS controller can receive.At the same time,it converts the commands issued by the DCS controller into analog and digital signals and sends them to the on-site instrument.The switch signals and analog signals of on-site instruments and equipment are connected to the corresponding signal input modules(AI,DI,TC,RTD)through cables,and then the modules complete signal collection.The collected data is sent to the controller(CPU)through communication,which completes data conversion,interlocking,and sends the data to the upper computer(computer);The upper computer is mainly used for data display and operation.The CPU receives operator operation commands and internal interlocking,and sends signals to the output modules(AO,DO).The output modules send signals to the equipment through cables,completing the switch and adjustment of the equipment.
