  SAM3.0 is a monitoring system with leakage current measurement,surge counting,and classification functions.

  SAM3.0 can sensitively record the impact of lightning and combine it with the total leakage current.These values are displayed digitally on the electronic display.It consists of a current sensor with optional cable length and a display device that can be installed separately from the lightning arrester.

  The system divides surge current pulses into three categories and uses time and date information(timestamp)to store overvoltage events.
