  SYN5202A ABB is a SYNCHROTACT 5 digital synchronization device used for automatic synchronization and paralleling between generators and the power grid,as well as for paralleling between synchronized power grids.The system frequency applicable to this device is 50/60Hz or 161%3Hz.

  Among them,the SYN5201 digital synchronizing device is a single channel synchronizing device,and its components and software design are very reliable,which makes the synchronizing device have high safety and can prevent asynchronous closing.

  All parameters required for parallelism are stored in one parameter set.This parameter set provides the conditions required for parallelism and the characteristics of voltage and frequency matchers.By providing 7 different parameter sets,the same synchronization device can achieve parallelism under different parallel conditions and under different voltage and frequency matching characteristics.Different parameter sets can be selected through 7 configurable digital inputs and outputs.

  The data that plays an important role in the debugging and control of the synchronization device can be uploaded or downloaded through PC software SynView or through the keyboard on the synchronization device panel.

  The purpose of this digital synchronization device is as follows:

  ●Used for automatic synchronization and paralleling between multiple generators;

  ●Used for automatic paralleling between synchronous and asynchronous lines,transmission lines,and busbars(including matching of voltage regulating switches);

  As a parallel monitoring device(synchronous detector),it is used to monitor automatic or manual paralleling,including non live lines.

  The entire automatic parallel process can be divided into the following four basic functional modules:

  1.Measurement;

  2.Voltage matching and frequency matching

  3.Parallel condition monitoring;

  4.Parallel instruction generation.

  Voltage measurement(SYN 5202 type:channel 1)

  Two input voltages U1 and U2 are input through high impedance input resistors,differential amplifiers,low-pass filters,and A/D converters

  To the central processing unit.

  Channel 2 voltage measurement(only applicable to SYN 5202 model)

  The two input voltages U1 and U2 are converted and filtered through a high impedance input resistor and a differential amplifier to obtain the corresponding

  The amplitude signal is filtered and then passed through a comparator during zero crossing detection,and the processed signal is then passed through
