The PMC234 series is a processor with ADC,parallel processing,fully static,and OTP based program storage.This processor has two processing units.It is based on the RISC architecture and has obtained a patent for Field Programmable Processor Array technology,with most instruction execution times being one instruction cycle.
There is a 4Kx16 bit OTP program memory and a 208 Bytes data memory inside the PMC234 for two FPP processing units to operate on.The chip is also equipped with 11 channels of 12 bit resolution A/D converter,of which 1 channel is a built-in Band gap reference voltage generator,which can provide absolute voltage measurement.PMC234/PMS234 also provides a set of hardware comparators for signal voltage comparison;In addition,PMC234/PMS234 provides two sets of hardware clocks,one is a 16 bit clock and the second is an 8 bit clock,which can generate PWM waveforms.
