  With WAVERSAVER®The Hardy Instruments HI 2151/20WC is a multi-purpose microprocessor based on weight converters/controllers.Accurate weight measurement can be carried out even in the environment through vibration,the unique WAVESAVER of HI 2151/20WC®Can quickly eliminate noise frequencies above 0.25Hz.The response time for stable readings is less than 1 second.For frequencies above 7.5Hz,the response time is even faster.

  In addition,HI 2151/20WC provides a resolution count of 985000 displays and accepts signals of up to 30 millivolts from up to eight strain gauge weighing sensors/points for display and processing of weight control.This unit can also convert millivolt level load cell/point signals into optional signals of 4 to 20 mA,0 to 20 mA,0 to 10,or 0 to 5 Vdc analog signals,providing noise immunity transmission or converting to optional binary coded decimal(BCD)format for parallel communication.

  HI 2151/20WC digitizes the load cell/point signal,LED display,and 30 segment bar graph.The bar chart can be set to display the instrument status or an optional bar chart representation of one of the five weight parameters.The universal language prompt will guide you through the entire operation and calibration of the instrument.

  Use the front panel keyboard to input data,which provides clear tactile control for active operators.Additionally,certain parts of the keyboard can be locked to restrict operator access and protect data.The unique Secure Memory Module(SMM)of HI 2151/20WC also protects data.SMM stores and protects critical information from damage,such as calibration data,setpoints,standard RS-232C serial ports,and various options.All data except peak hold is automatically stored.In addition,data stored in one HI 2151/20WC can be recovered to another HI by simply transferring the secure memory module in the following way.

  C2 second-generation calibration allows for the use of test weights,material substitution,or force calibration in the field for rapid calibration of balance systems without TM.

  HI 2151/20WC can be used to require weight,liquid level,or mass flow data.It can be used as an independent unit or integrated into process control systems,utilizing a wide range of serial command sets.This instrument provides bidirectional communication or RS-422/485 serial port(purchase option board)through its standard RS-232C port or optional RS-232C port.Multiple instruments(RS-422"multipoint"configuration)can be accessed from the host,programmable logic controller(PLC),or any other control computer.
