Electrical Insulation Paper
Electrical insulation paper applies to rated voltage not more than 500kv transformers, reactors and other inter-turn insulation paper.
Electrical insulation paper is roll paper, rell width of 625mm-960mm, roll diamter 550-650mm, or according to the provision of the contract order.

Material: Unbleached sulphate pulp thickness: 0.05-0.25mm
Color: Brown,

5.         CHARACTERISTICS

            a) Density                                                     :0.76 ± 0.06 Kg/dm3

            b) Tensile Strength at 200C,                       :i) Longitudinal Direction - 4.5 Kgf/mm2 minimum.
                 65% Relative Humidity                     ii) Transverse Direction -  1.5 Kgf/mm2 minimum.

            c) Elongation at 200C,                                i) Longitudinal Direction - 2% min.
                65% Relative Humidity                      ii) Transverse Direction -  3% min.

            d) Ash content                                             - Less than 1%

            e) Moisture content in the supplied condition: 5% to 7%.

            f) Die-electric breakdown strength voltage :-      7 KV/mm (min).
        
            g). PH value (water extracting method):-             7 to 9.5
        
            h) The loss of mechanical strength lengthwise must not exceed 2% after heating at 120oC  for 10(ten) hours.
