Products Description
We manufacture electrical wires and cables for house wiring. They have passed China Compulsory Certification and IEC 60227 Certificate. And a variety of international standards are available, for example, BS, DIN, ASTM, JIS, AS, etc. We provide a high standard of quality control and manufacturing with our main markets all over the world. 1) Conductor: Copper; Solid, Stranded & Flexible; 1~5 Cores
2) Insulation: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Flame-Retardant or Halogen Free Polyolefin, XLPE, etc.
3) Sheath: Non-Sheathed or PVC, PE, etc.
4) Features: Solid, Flexible, Round, Flat, Flame-Retardant, Fire-Resistant, Heat-Resistant, Low Smoke and Fume, Low Smoke Zero Halogen, High Temperature Resistant, etc.
5) Rated Voltage: 450/750V or 300/500V
6) Work Temperature:  70°C / 90°C / 105°C / 120°C / 150°C / 200°C / 250°C 
7) Colors: Red, Blue, Brown, White, Black, Yellow, Two Colors, etc.
 
Properties of  PVC Cable
1.The long-time permissible working temperature of cable conductive core is not more than 70 degrees.
2.During short circuit (max permanent time is not more than 5 seconds), the max temperature of cable conductor is not more than 165°C.
3.The difference level of laying cable is not restricted.When laying the cable,ambient temperature is not lower than 0°C.
4.They have good chemical stability,and properties of acid resistance,alkali resistance,salt resistance,oil resistance,solvent resistance and flame resistance.

Packaging & Shipping

 It will be package according to its outside diameter and weight by drum or wooden reel.

5. 72 pcs of 0.7m wooden reel can be put in one 20FCL.
    28 pcs of 1.1m wooden reel can be put in one 20FCL.
    6 pcs of 1.8m wooden reel can be put in one 20FCL.
