The machine use steam heating to make the hot water roll up and down evenly and make the blanching effect more completely even. The middle part is formed by bending and welding of stainless steel circle with diameter of 10mm thick.
2.Water temperature according to the chicken age about 58-62 degrees, blanching time 3-5 minutes.
