Introduction:

Waste Wood Shredder structure and principle

Ø Feeding and conveying: place the wood board to be broken;

Ø Feed roller: control the feeding speed and keep the plate material from slipping and feeding.

Ø Spiral crushing roller: The welding knife is uniformly distributed on the roller in the circumferential direction to ensure that the crushing roller is consistent in force in the circumferential direction;

Ø The template crushing has the feed and crushing synchronization, to achieve the uniformity of crushing;

Ø The feed roller adopts UCK series bearing and spring pressing mechanism, which can be adapted to the crushing of different plate thickness;
