Application:
The product is mainly used for cleaning and grading of wheat, barley, corn, bean, rice and other grains. It can get rid of the leaf, brain, dust, shrunken grain and other dusts from grain. The dust  cleaning rate is above 90%.


Structure:
The machine is made up of frame, hopper, bucket elevator, vibrating sieve, suction fan, easy to move and exchange the screen, which is suitable for cleaning and screening of many kinds of grains.


Working principle
The grain is conveyed into the feed hopper(1),
and then the bucket elevator(2)
conveys the grain to the dedusting bin(3).
The fan(4) sucks out the relatively light sundries like dust, stive,rice chaff and bran,
and the grain flows to the vibrating screen(6).

The vibrating screen is a three-layer screen and has two screen cloths. Through the first screen cloth, large pieces of sundries like corn cobs, soybean slice and peanut coat are sifted and flows out from the first sundries outlet. The grain flows to the next screen cloth, and the sundries smaller than grains such as stones and lumps are sieved by the second screen and flow out from the third outlet.  

(7). Finally the net grain on the second layer screen is conveyed to the discharge hole(8) to be packaged.
