Introduction
Corn cleaning machine consists of rack, 4 transport wheels, drive part, main air blower, gravity separation units, dedusting fan, aspirating channel and straining box.

Corn cleaning machine is easy to change screen cloth and has optimal performance. The front screen is changed to a vibrating screen which is similar to previous old screen, and extending the service life of the screen depletes equipment maintenance rate.

Corn cleaning machine can sieve 20 tons corn per hour, 25 tons soybean per hour and the neatness can reach 95-98%.

Working principle
(1)Grain is conveyed into feed hopper by belt conveyor or screw tube conveyor, and then the high pressure type suction fan can suck out dust and stive.
(2) Grain flows from feed hopper to winnowing screen, moves along curve. 
(3)Heavy materials move forward and light materials move backward, and then the relatively light sundries, like small corn cobs, mould in the grain will be screened out.
(4) Grain cleaned by the winnowing screen flows to the front vibrating screen.
(5) Big corn cobs, corn cobs with niblet and pebbles will be sifted out from the first layer outlet.
(6)Cleaned grains come out from the second layer outlet.
(7)Stones and lumps smaller than grains flow out from the third layer outlet.
