The principle of Grain Seed Cleaner

The grain is conveyed into the feedinghopper, and then the bucket elevator conveys the grain to the dedusting bin. The cyclone dedusting equipment sucks out the relatively light sundries like dust, stive, rice chaff and bran, and the grain flows to the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen is a three layer screen and has two screen cloths.

Through the first screen cloth, large pieces of sundries like corn cobs, soybean slice and peanut coat are sifted and flows out from the first sundries outlet. The grain flows to the next screen cloth, and the sundries smaller than grains such as stones and lumps are sieved by the second screen and flow out from the third outlet. Finally the net grain on the second layer screen is conveyed to the discharge port to be packaged.
