1.Brief introduction
Main applications
It is suitable for cutting all the leaves, peels, roots, vines, grasses, flowers and most fruit or seed medicinal products, as well as most of the farm and sideline products. It can cut materials from diameter 1mm to 40mm. The cut products can be slices or sections with length of 0.5-100mm, or polygon particles.
Working principle
The machine is monitored and controlled by program control module. The module is based on microcomputer system which is programmed in advance by way of communication of inverter and servo controller. The machine accepts man-machine interface and cutter position sensing signal, so the operator just have to set control module parameters through man-machine interface. The control module can control the cutting speed and slice thickness. 
Main features
The machine adopts digital control process, with high accuracy, good stability, and continuous working. It's suitable for cutting materials into granule and fine slice. Its cut product is good size and smooth incision, thus it satisfies all of our customers. The whole machine is easy to clean, operate, maintain and will not pollute the material. It's in line with the requirements of GMP.
