1. High Speed Regulation Accuracy
(1) The tachometer generator at the end of the motor has changed to the radial magnet claw-plate type three-phase intermediate frequency generator, eliminating the unstable factor of periodic swing of the speed control motor when it was loaded with axial magnet in the past.
(2) The speed controller is used to achieve the goal of automatic speed stabilization, which improves the speed change rate of the speed regulating motor. The controller can be divided into precision type and common type. The common type controller can make the speed change rate less than 2.5% in the rated speed range, the precision type controller can make the speed change rate less than 1%, and the maximum DC excitation voltage of the motor is 90V.
2. Wide range of speed regulation, high efficiency and remarkable energy saving effect
The motor can adjust speed arbitrarily in the rated speed range, without out-of-control zone, and the speed range can reach 10:1.
