The body of the marathon oxygen probe is made of heat-resistant nickel chromium alloy, with the purpose of protecting the inner edge of the reference trachea, which is filled with reference air with an oxygen content of 21%. There is an oxygen measuring probe that can sense the oxygen content inside the furnace when extending from the reference air pipe to the leading edge to the end. The material of the probe is sensitive zirconia, and the other end of the sensor is a square box body. The inside of the sensor is the wire joint part of the device signal contact. There is a reference air inlet connected to the reference air pipe on the upper side of the wire joint box body, and an oxygen input port is designed between the wire joint box body and the pipe body to eliminate carbon deposits at the atmosphere flow port. Oxygen is regularly introduced to eliminate carbon deposits at the leading edge atmosphere flow port of the oxygen probe.
