dip galvanized square rectangular pipes:Pre treatment: Steel pipes first need to be pickled to remove surface iron oxide and other impurities. Then, furthercleaning is carried out by mixing ammonium chloride and zinc chloride aqueous solution to ensure that the surface ofthe steel pipe is clean and free of dirt.
Hot dip plating: The pre treated steel pipe is sent into a hot dip plating tank, which contains molten zinc solution. Soakthe steel pipe in zinc solution for a period of time to allow the zinc to fully react with the surface of the steel, forming a
zinc iron alloy layer.Cooling and post-treatment: The galvanized steel pipe is taken out from the zinc solution and cooled. Other postprocessing steps such as cleaning, passivaion, etc. may be carried out as needed to improve the corrosion resistanceand surface quality of the steel pipe.
