The hydraulic braking equipment transfers the braking force by converting the pedal force into hydraulic energy. Its transmission organization is simple, but the braking torque generated by the brake has a linear relationship with the pedal force. If the adhesion between the tire and the road surface is satisfied, the braking force suffered by the vehicle has a linear relationship with the pedal force. This function is called brake pedal feeling (commonly known as foot feeling), so the driver can directly feel whether various working conditions of automobile braking equipment are normal, so as to quickly diagnose. Common faults of hydraulic braking system include: ineffective braking, such as braking bite.
Brake failure
1. Appearance: when the car is moving, step on the brake pedal quickly, and the car can't slow down and park immediately. Its braking
The deceleration is small and the braking interval is too long.
2. Reason:
(1) The free travel of the pedal is too large.
(2) The brake fluid in the brake master cylinder is insufficient, or the compensation hole is blocked, and the leather cup and leather ring of the master cylinder are aged, swollen, deformed or trampled over.
(3) The brake master cylinder piston and cylinder block are excessively worn, loose and leaking oil, the oil return valve is poorly sealed, and the tension spring of the oil outlet valve is broken.
(4) The leather cup of the brake wheel cylinder is aged, swollen, the piston is stuck, and the wheel cylinder piston and cylinder block are excessively worn, resulting in looseness and oil leakage.
(5) The brake shoe is severely worn, and the brake clearance is too large or the clearance is reversed.
(6) The brake shoe is worn, the surface of the brake shoe is too round, the rivet is too hardened, or the brake shoe is exposed.
(7) When air enters the hydraulic braking system or the temperature of the braking system is too high, the brake fluid in the pipeline is gasified, forming an air resistance.
(8) The oil pipe is concave, the joint is loose and leaking, and the brake hose is aging, cracked or blocked.
