2、 Function and principle of vacuum pump exhaust filter:

1. After the vacuum pump stops, confirm that the system has no pressure;

2. Remove the fixing bolts on the exhaust cover and remove the exhaust cover;

3. Remove the top plate assembly;

4. Remove the exhaust filter and replace it with a new one;

5. Install the top plate assembly and exhaust cover in reverse order of disassembly;

Attention: When replacing the exhaust filter, try to replace both the oil filter and the lubricating oil at the same time;

1. After the vacuum pump stops, confirm that the system has no pressure;

2. Open the oil drain plug, drain the lubricating oil thoroughly, and then close the oil drain plug;

3. Unscrew the used oil filter;

2. Open the three buckles on the intake filter cover and open the intake filter cover;

3. Remove the old intake filter element and replace it with a new intake filter element;

4. Cover the intake filter cover and fasten the three buckles on the intake filter cover;
