  1. Each series of ventilators adopts the simplest transmission structure with the direct connection between the motor and the impeller.
  2. Airfoil twisted blades are used, resulting in high aerodynamic efficiency. The static pressure efficiency of the single-unit series ventilators and the contra-rotating series ventilator devices is as high as over 80%, with a wide high-efficiency zone, and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.
  3. For the ventilators used in coal mines, explosion-proof motors are selected, and the motors are placed in the isolation flow cavity of the ventilators, ensuring that the air flow is isolated from the gas-containing air flow in the fan flow channel. At the same time, it plays the role of heat dissipation and flow guiding. The air flow pipe makes the area around the motor communicate with the atmosphere, which not only increases the safety performance of the motor but also allows the heat of the motor to be directly dissipated into the air, enhancing the safety of the ventilator operation.
  4. On the cylinder of the impeller rotation part of the ventilator used in coal mines, a copper ring device that suppresses the spark energy is added to prevent the blades from deforming during high-speed operation and generating sparks when in contact with the cylinder wall, which may cause accidents, making the operation of the ventilator safer and more reliable.
  5. With diverse performances and a complete range of specifications, there are fans available for selection that match the ventilation networks of various coal mines and non-coal mines, ensuring long-term and efficient operation.
  6. The ventilator can be reversed for air reversing, and the reversing air volume can reach over 60% of the normal air volume. Thus, the traditional "S"-shaped air duct at the outlet of the exhaust air roadway, the reversing air duct and the fan room can be omitted. It is especially suitable for places with a small site area and at risk of surface collapse and landslides.
  7. The main body of the fan adopts a welded structure composed of steel plates and section steels, and the blades have a hollow steel plate welded structure, with high blade and overall strength.
