Ordinary cold-drawn seamless steel pipes are generally used as billets, and then they are produced by cold drawing process. In order to ensure quality of precision steel pipes, some adjustments need to be made in the production process according to the existing production conditions. The basic process flow is as follows: Hot- seamless steel pipe → Inspection and grinding of seamless steel pipe → Pickling of seamless steel pipe → Re-inspection after pickling of seamless steel pipe → Cold drawing (mediate annealing, pickling) → Precision drawing process
